摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the size of dead water zone developing behind the heat transmission pipe in relation to the fluid flow as well as the flowing loss of the fluid so as to improve the heat transmission performance by inclining the cut and raised slat formed in the fine base plate at an angle relative to the fluid flow at which the raised portion from the fin base plate does not cause the separation of the fluid flow. CONSTITUTION:The raised slats 4, 5 and 6, 7 cut and raised from the fin base plate 2 are raised between the adjacent fin collars in the direction to intersect the fluid flow direction A. The raised part 6 is the one which is positioned near the center of the pipe row behind the heat transmission pipe 1 in relation to the fluid flow direction A, and its initial rise 6a from the fin base plate 2 extending lengthwise is inclined at an angle alpha1, toward the heat transmission pipe 1 relative to the fluid flow direction A, the angle alpha1 being smaller than 35 degrees. The raised slat 7 is inclined at an angle alpha2 toward the heat transmission pipe 1 relative to the fluid flow direction A, the angle alpha2 being greater than 35 degrees and (alpha2-alpha1)<35 degrees. Therefore, the dead water zone B behind the heat transmission pipe 1 is substantially reduced, resulting in an improvement in the heat transmission performance of the fin base plate 2, and the configuration resistance of the heat transmission pipe 1 is also substantially reduced.
