MANUFACTURE OF CERAMIC CIRCUIT BOARD WITH RESISTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To make an etching process needles for reducing cost by forming a conductor metal layer only of the part necessary as a circuit pattern by plating according to a formation pattern of a plated resist layer. CONSTITUTION:A resistor layer 3 is formed on a ceramic substrate 1 and a protective layer 4 is formed on the resistor layer 3. A plated resist layer corresponding to a prescribed circuit pattern is formed on the substrate 1 where the resistor layer 3 and the protective layer 4 are formed. The circuit pattern 2 made of a conductor metal is formed by a plating method on the surface of the substrate 1 excepting the plated resist layer and the exposed part of the resistor layer 3. Thereby, a troublesome process of etching a conductor metal layer becomes needless.
