<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a good humidity sensor to contrive the effective use of industrial waste by reusing sludge which is abandoned as industrial waste conventionally and making it raw material to produce by the use of humidity sensor. CONSTITUTION:A humidity sensor 1 is formed so that a sensor element film 3, comb-shaped electrode 4, 4' and lead wires 5, 5' are attached to a board 2. The element film 3 dries sludge produced at the time of phosphate membrane formation and it is pressurized and molded to form as tablets. The sludge is made of a kind or two kinds and more of mixed powder of zinc phosphate, iron phosphate, nickel phosphate, manganese phosphate and sodium phosphate. Thereby a good humidity sensor can be obtained and the effective use of industrial waste can be contrived.</p> |
