PURPOSE:To directly write a partial change in a running environment defining object to the object itself by providing a keyword analyzing means, keyword retrieving means, changing information storing area, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a running environment defining object 7a in an object library 7 is partially changed, a source library 9 is actuated after a changing source 9a is stored in the source library 9. An object reading-out means 1 reads out the object 7a in the library 7 and expands the object 7 in an object expanding area 8. A source reading-out means 2 reads out the source 9a in the library 9 and a keyword analyzing means 3 analyzes the source 9a. Then changing information is prepared and stored in a changing information storing area 10. A keyword retrieving means 4 retrieves the object 7a in the area 8 for detecting the running environment defining information to be changed and an object updating means 5 performs updating by using the changing information of the area 10. The updated object is written in the library 7 by means of an object writing means 6.
