PURPOSE:To simply obtain a superconductor film having satisfactory orientability even in case of a large thickness by dropping fine powder of a superconductor consisting of Bi, Sr, Ca and Cu little by little on a substrate set in a solvent to form a film on the substrate. CONSTITUTION:Fine powder 3 of a superconductor represented by a formula Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x is prepd. This powder 3 or a suspension of the powder 3 is dropped little by little on a substrate 1 set in a solvent 4. After the powder 3 is deposited on the substrate 1, the solvent 4 is evaporated to form a superconductor film on the substrate 1.
