The merit of the lead active accumulator substance lies in the fact that it contains from 0.01 to 0.2 part of weight of dry hydraulic mortar per one part of weight of the dry mix of lead dust and compounds of lead. The electrodes that contain the mentioned active substance show, in the tests according to ST SEV 591-77, starting discharge by 5 to 14 per cent better and endurance by 21 to 139 per cent better than the standard product of the foremost European producer.
