PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and to improve performance by supplying an input signal to the base of the 1st, 3rd and 4th transistors(TRs) and extracting the output signal from at least one collector of the 1st and 3rd TRs. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is fed to the base of the 1st, 3rd and 4th TRs 24, 26, 30. When the input signal is larger than the 2nd reference voltage, the TRs 24, 26 are turned on and the TR 25 is turned off, and when smaller conversely, the operation is reversed and a signal S4 is obtained. Moreover, when the input signal is smaller than the 1st reference voltage, TRs 31, 32 are turned on and a TR 30 is turned off, and when larger conversely, the TRs are operated reversely and a signal S3 is obtained. Then the signals S4, S3 are synthesized to obtain output signals S5, S6 at output terminals 36, 37. Thus, one clamp circuit is enough and no mixing circuit is required, then the circuit constitution is simplified. |
