PURPOSE:To obtain identification information which is easily identifiable with naked eyes by forming rugged shapes having a specific depth or height and using these shapes as the identification information. CONSTITUTION:The identification information of signals, etc., by the rugged shapes having >=0.15mum depth or height is simultaneously formed on a substrate at the time when optical information signals are formed by stamping on at least one surface of the substrate. The information of said depth, etc., is easily visible even with the naked eyes and the optical information recording medium having the identification information which is easily identifiable with the naked eyes is obtd. |
