PURPOSE:To make a compact humidifier by a method wherein some plate-like humidifying elements arranged in parallel with an air flowing direction near a downstream side of a selected fin and a water supplying tank to which one end of the humidifying element is immersed are provided. CONSTITUTION:In an air conditioner B, an air flow F sucked from an air suction port by a fan during heating time is heated by an air heat exchanger 3 acting as a condensor and blown to a downstream side. However, a distribution of temperature at the blowing air stream F shows the highest value at position just below fins 9, 9.... Accordingly, the air flow F contacting with humidifying elements 10, 10... of a humidifier A shows the highest temperature at an outlet side of the air heat exchanger 3 and the lowest relative humidity at the outlet port, so that an amount of humidifying air is substantially increased even if a surface area of the humidifying element 10 is not increased. Accordingly, it is possible to make a compact size of the humidifying device A. |
