PURPOSE: To minimize the requisite memory capacity and reduce the circuit cost by storing the digital reference value of a hydraulic adjust current to control the adjusting pressure of an automatic transmission in a memory place with an address based on two engine parameters. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor makes AD conversion of an accelerator pedal position signal, and the resultant value is stored in a register R6' as a load value and fed to a cumulator A to undergo a one-digit left shifting so that the lower five digits are erased. To any empty digit in the cumulator A, the engine speed is read from a counting register R1 and read into a register R4' as a lower table value. An inquiry is made for which characteristic region to be applied, and an upper table value obtained by 20H heightening the lower table value R4' in the applicable region is read into the cumulator A, and a hydraulic adjust current is set through 16 runs of interpolating calculation. Thereby the requisite memory capacity is lessened and the circuit configuration is simplified, and the adjusting pressure can be controlled accurately and finely. |
