PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of display work to make to possible to visually discriminate substrates, by using an NC drilling machine in a through-hole forming process so that through-holes are formed and display is made by manufacturer's serial number holes for indicating a manufacturer's serial number and ornamental letters. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole forming signal and a manufacturer's serial number hole forming signal for indicating a manufacturer's serial number are delivered from the outside to a control section 8 which controls an NC drilling machine 7 in accordance with the through-hole forming signal to form through-holes in intermediate layer substrates, a top layer substrate and a bottom layer substrate during a through- hole forming process 3-1 for intermediate layers and during a through-hole forming process 6 after lamination. Further, the control section 8 controls the NC drilling machine 7 and a pattern memory section 9 in accordance with the manufacturer's number hole forming signal, and to drill manufacturer's serial number holes indicating a manufacturer's serial number in the same process as that for the above-mentioned through-holes. Further, a ornamental letters previously stored in the pattern memory section 9 and corresponding to the above-mentioned manufacturer's serial number are read out and to display the ornamental letters. |
