PURPOSE:To provide the subject agent containing a specific compound such as staurosporine or K-252a and having suppressing or relaxing action to the concentration of artery. CONSTITUTION:The objective agent contains the compound of formula [R1-R3 are H, 1-3C alkyl or 1-4C alkoxy; A is 1-5C alkylene which may have substituent (OH, 1-3C alkoxy, acetoxy, NH2 1-3C alkyloxycarbonyl or 1-5C alkylamino)] as an active component. The compound of formula is effective against the contraction of vessel, promotes the increase of blood flow and improves the blood flow. It is expected to improve the supply of oxygen and nutrient to various organs and activate the tissue. Accordingly, the agent is effective against various symptoms accompanying to cerebral blood flow insufficiency, cerebral, infraction, cerebral vasospasm, stenocardia and coronary spasm. |
