METHOD OF FOOD FIBROUS MATERIAL PRODUCTION

The solution concerns a method of food fibrous material production from sugar beet pulps. The said purpose is achieved by a way that the sugar beet pulps get freed from sugar residues and soluble salts by washing them in drinking water, and then a disinfection as well as whitening by hydrogen peroxide or persterile solutions or ozonisation, possibly only steam disinfection or irradiation is made. By the pressing and subsequent drying, the water is removed until the moisture content drops under 10 mass %. The food fibrous material enables the compensation of the fibrous material deficit in the current human alimentation.
