This fan blade rotor 3 made from plastic as a single component comprises a central hub 7 provided with a through-hole into which is slipped the drive shaft 9 of the electric pump 4, a circular wall 6, fins 5 formed of straight parallelepipedal elements, and another circular wall 10 the outer edge of which is aligned with the outer edges 15 of the fins and the inner edge 11 of which makes, between itself and the edge of the circular wall 6, a circular opening 14.
