The invention relates to a releasable binding system for a snow board, such as, in particular, a monoski. The binding system comprises two individual binding members 2, 3, each member having elastic retention means intended to hold one of the feet of the user. Means 40, 41 connect each individual binding member 2, 3 to the retention means of the other binding member 3, 2 so that, when a boot is released, the retention means of the other binding member are disarmed, thus permitting the release of the other boot.
