摘要

PURPOSE: To improve wear and scratch resistances by incorporating a specified cyclohexane deriv. into a photocrosslinkable and/or photopolymerizable material. CONSTITUTION: A coating layer of 30-500μm thickness formed on a substrate is made of a photopolymerizable and/or photocrosslinkable material which is soluble or dispersible in a developer and is made insoluble or nondispersible in the developer when irradiated with chemical rays and at least a cyclohexane deriv. represented by formula I is incorporated into the material. In the formula I, two among R<1> -R<5> and R<1> '-R<5> ' are -O-CO-CR<6> =CH2 - and OH- and each of the remainders is H or CH3 . Wear and scratch resistances are improved.
