Eccentric gearing

The eccentric gearing is assembled from three rotary milled parts supported in different ways and having revolving eccentrics (see part 5, drawing I) and is a unit rotating via three centres. An eccentric system which, in circular rotation, resembles a wheel system but can be adjusted by means of the revolving eccentrics. Once having been fixed on the revolving eccentrics so as to project to the right, tools, weights or shaped parts project to the right even after half a revolution and perform gyratory motions that deviate from the centre of the system.
