REMOTE HIGH RELIABILITY TRANSMISSION LINE ESTABLISHING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To attain high privacy protection in a remote transmission line by using new TELNET option and command by a format independent of a system, checked and allowed to be used also in the reverse direction. CONSTITUTION: A user of a terminal A depresses a safety alarm key(SAK) to establish a highly reliable shell process TSH. A driver KD(A) decodes the SAK, sends a signal to a safety alarm key signal(SIGSAK) generator to generate the signal SIGSAK, so that the shell process TSH becomes only one process capable of accessing drivers DD(A), KD(A) for the terminal A and drivers DD(B), KD(B) for a data network interface B. The terminal A includes a TELNET SAK to be a data communcations protocol and sends a TELNET SAK signal to the process TSH. Consequently a transmission line having highly reliable privacy protection for data exchange with a remote terminal can be set up.
