PURPOSE:To lengthen the lifetime by combining more than one kind of sliding members of each different composition for arrangement to the frictional contact parts of a moving body with an oscillating body. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor is constituted in pressurizing a moving body 3 to bring into contact with a tabular piezoelectric body 1. On this occasion, the moving body 3 is composed of a frictional contact section 4 and a power transmission section 5 to supply the output to outside, where the frictional contact section 4 is combined for arrangement by friction sliding members 6-8 of at least more than one kind of each different composition. The friction sliding members 6-8 are composed of sheetlike molded body consisting of a composite at least containing an organic compound. Almost no decline and deterioration of various performances of the motor will thereby be caused, so that the motor rotates smoothly and its torque is increased. |
