<p>A method to produce secondary metabolites inexpensively in plant cell culture is described. Plant cell hybridomas which are capable of perpetual photoautotrophic growth and of secondary metabolite production are produced by fusion of appropriate plant parent cells and selected for the desired properties.</p> |
