Fertiliser broadcaster with a supply container and with centrifugal members which are located underneath the supply container and are driven in rotation and in oscillation and which throw off the fertiliser located in the supply container over working widths which amount to a multiple of the working width of the supply container, in which fertiliser broadcaster, in order to carry out the switch-off test, a collecting container is to be attached to the broadcaster for collecting the metered fertiliser after the removal of the centrifugal members. In order to provide a simple possibility for fertiliser broadcasters of also having the capability of carrying out switch-off tests in the field, provision is made for arranging on the fertiliser broadcaster a mounting (10) for receiving the collecting container (12), in which mounting (10) the collecting container (12) is carried along permanently after the switch-off test has been carried out. <IMAGE>
