<p>A mechanized multi-deck storage system comprises a frame (1), main carrying cantilevers (2) vertically mounted in it in pairs, removable shelves (3) mounted on the main carrying cantilevers (2) and at least two carriages (5) linked to a drive for their vertical movement and provided each with a sliding clamp (6). The storage is further provided with an industrial robot (8), which has a gripper (9) movably mounted on a horizontal guide (7) mounted on the frame (1) at the side opposite to the direction of sliding-out the clamps (6), and with a pair of additional cantilevers (10) located in one row with the main carrying cantilevers (2), the frame (1) being provided at said side with an aperture (11) for the gripper (9) of the industrial robot (8).
