PURPOSE:To eliminate the puncture of the mucous membrane of a living body even in the combination use with an ultrasonic treatment jig by forming a press tube and a clip so as to bring both of them to an electric insulating state. CONSTITUTION:An insert tube 1 is inserted through the body cavity of a living body through the channel of an endoscope in a freely detachable manner and an operating wire 4 having a hook 7 mounted to the leading end thereof is inserted through the insert tube 1 in a freely advancing and receding state. A press tube 13 having electric insulating properties is mounted to the insert tube in a freely detachable manner. A clip 12 having electric insulating properties is mounted on the hook 7 in a freely detachable manner and closed by pulling the operating wire 4 on this side to draw the clip 12 in the press tube 13. |
