PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to increase a shifting circuit and to simplify circuit formation even when the number of the systems of a data bus is increased by selecting a shifting control signal based on a selecting signal outputted from a decoding circuit and executing the shift operation. CONSTITUTION:A shifting circuit 11 selects one of plural shifting control signals based on the selecting signal outputted from a decoding circuit 10 and executes the shifting operation for input data Di in accordance with the selected shifting control signal. Plural bus driving circuits 12-1 and 12-2 are operated by bus driving control signals S12 and S13 outputted from the decoding circuit 10, drive the output of the shifting circuit 11 and send it to data buses 13-1 and 13-2. Thus, one shifting circuit is sufficient for plural data buses and thus, the circuit scale and the number of wirings are reduced. |
