PURPOSE:To effect stable switching operation by automatically adjusting the timing for a drive signal by providing a drive signal circuit for each trigger, making variable the timing of generation of the drive signal, detecting a current flowing through a switching element or a trigger current to monitor the operation timing, and further feeding back the detected current. CONSTITUTION:First and second trigger signals are simultaneously generated from trigger circuits 7, 8, and inputted into first and second switching elements 3, 4. Thereupon, a first ammter 5 detects a current of the first trigger signal and a second ammter 6 that of the second trigger signal. These detected signals are converted to a digital signal through an A/D converter 11. If there is produced any difference between the first and second trigger signals, it is fed back. Hereby, a drive signal control device 12 controls first and second drive circuits 9, 10. Hereby, respective drive signal timings are adjusted to permit the first and second trigger signals to be inputted into the first and second switching elements 3, 4 in the timing as set initially. |
