摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To monitor a medical device with high reliability by providing signals for measurement and instruction from periodical pressure fluctuation to be received at the medical device. CONSTITUTION: A dialytic device is provided with a dialyzer having a film 14 for dividing the dialyzer into a 1st chamber 16 to connect a dialytic liquid passage and a 2nd chamber 18 to connect an ectosomatic circuit 10. The ectosomatic circuit 10 is composed of a supply conduit 20 and a feedback conduit 24, and a venous drip chamber 26 is connected to the feedback conduit 24. A pressure sensor 32 is connected to a branch conduit 30 extended to the drip chamber 36. This pressure sensor 32 is connected to an electric evaluation circuit 38, and an output A1 showing static venous feedback pressure is outputted. An evaluation stage 40 is provided for evaluating only the periodical pressure fluctuation in a piping system and on this stage, an output A2 is applied to show whether the validity of a pressure monitoring system is lost or not.</p>
