<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate a maintenance and inspection work and to make a device small-sized and inexpensive by constituting an earthing device or a breaker for maintenance and inspection connected to both sides of the cutout section of a breaker so that it can be driven by means of a common operational device. CONSTITUTION:A common operational device 10a and a common operational link mechanism 10b are arranged to earthing devices 4 and 5 for a breaker which can operate both devices 4 and 5 at the same time. Thus, in operating earthing devices 4 and 5 for a breaker connected to both sides of the cutout section of a breaker 3 and disconnectors 2 and 6, they can be operated with each single operational device.</p> |
