PURPOSE:To detect print deviated amount in double printing through the use of one screen by providing the print screen with a mark constituted of a pair of right triangles. CONSTITUTION:The detecting mark 1 is provided by arranging a pair of right angle triangles 2 and 3, whose hypotenuses are made parallel each other and whose relative position of orthogonal vertex is reversed each other. Through the use of this print screen, when a second pattern is printed after a first pattern is printed, the right angle triangles of the mark 1 are transferred onto a substrate. The positions of centers of gravity of these triangles are detected to device a distance between those of the pair of triangles, and its alteration from the reference distance without deviation is calculated, whereby, the deviated amount between the two printings in the double printing is detected. |
