PURPOSE:To prevent the forgetting of closing a slide door by providing a door closing controller which stops the closing action of door when the slide door is opened to near an opening limit and also starts the closing action of door when the door is backed in the opening direction by a given distance. CONSTITUTION:An opening and closing means 2 with a drive motor 5 is provided, and a slide door is allowed to open or close by the motor 5. A position sensor 10 and a timer circuit 11 are provided to an opening and closing controller 2. After the lapse of a given time period after opening a slide door, the door is automatically closed. When the door is opened to near an opening limit, the closing action of door is stopped, and when the door is backed by a given distance to the closing direction of door, the closing action is started, making the opening operation of the slide door easier. |
