<p>When a blood is collected into a blood container, the present invention relates to a blood collection apparatus equipped with blood collection quantity measurement means having a measurement sensor for measuring the blood collection quantity and control means for calculating the blood collection quantity on the assumption that the output y of the measurement sensor constitutes a function y = f(w) with respect to an n-dimensional measured blood collection quantity w. The control means acquires the output yi of the measurement sensor for each of (n + 1) known blood collection quantities wi and calibrates constants constituting y = f(w) on the basis of this acquired data. The control means acquires automatically the output yO of the measurement sensor under a state where a measured blood collection quantity w is zero at a predetermined cycle, and corrects the offset value of y = (w) on the basis of this yO.</p> |
