<p>This invention relates to an exhaust smoke purifier (9) which incorporates therein a storage portion (18) consisting of an adsorber (21) and a purification portion (19) consisting of a purifying agent (18), has a regeneration function of these agents, sucks oil and smoke generated during cooking into the purifier with a large air flow volume, stores them temporarily in the storage portion (18), introduces the oil and smoke in the storage portion (18) into the purification portion (19) with a small air flow volume and purifies them. Hardly any labor is necessary for processing the oil and the like thus collected and the exhaust smoke purifier (9) of the invention is extremely clean. Furthermore, effective purification can be made with an extremely small amount of purifying agent and the apparatus can be made compact.</p> |
