PURPOSE: To reduce an inherent inductance effect of a trigger structure element appearing in a sub-unit by dividing a trigger unit into plural a sub-unit to be driven in parallel and arranging a sub-unit in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A trigger unit AS is divided into plural identical sub-units AS1 to ASn to be driven in parallel and respective sub-units AS1 to ASn are respectively provided with semiconductor switches and capacitors C1 to Cn and allowed to generated only a part of a required gate current. The inductance of a trigger side can be remarkably reduced by a parallel circuit restricted by dividing the trigger thyristor into plural sub-units. Namely the inductance of a load wire is minimized by the parallel circuit formed by the combination of plural sub-units and the best array around a construction element to be interrupted and the inherent inductance effect of the trigger structure element is reduced. |
