PURPOSE: To form a transparent film having high transmittance by forming a coat consisting of the dispersion liquid of a minute pigment in a medium containing halogenated hydrocarbon having a specific chlorine element and softening point on a carrier. CONSTITUTION: A coat consisting of the dispersion liquid of a minute pigment in a medium containing at least 90 wt.% halogenated hydrocarbon having at least 65 wt.% chlorine element and at least a softening point of 50 deg.C is formed on a carrier. The coat has profitably a thickness of about 1-10 μ and contains desirably a 2-30 wt.% pigment. The halogenated hydrocarbon preferably has a melting point of 50-100 deg.C. In addition, the halogenated hydrocarbon is chlorinated hydrocarbon preferably containing 65-72 wt.% chlorinating element. This product is formed by chlorinating a kind of paraffin mixture having 18-35 carbon atoms, preferably, 18-26 atoms therein. |
