PURPOSE:To carry out the maximum performance of a motor by varying the gains of a speed control loop and a phase control loop in response to the rotating speed of the motor, thereby always obtaining the maximum loop gain in the rotating speed. CONSTITUTION:A speed control loop is formed of a motor 1, a frequency generator 3, a speed error detector 7, an amplifier 8, an adder 10, a low pass filter 11 and a drive circuit 12. On the other hand, a phase control loop is formed of the motor 1, the generator 3, a phase comparator 6, an amplifier 9, the adder 10, the low pass filter 11 and the drive circuit 12. The motor is rotated under control in proportion to the reference frequency fR. The gain of the speed control loop is varied in proportion to the rotating speed of the motor 1, and the gain of the phase control loop is varied in proportion to the square of the rotating speed of the motor 1. |
