<p>PURPOSE:To make possible to readily wrap vegetables and fruits in CA state (state of gas atmosphere of low concentration oxygen or high concentration carbon dioxide gas composition) by making a structure of contracting inside volume at sealing. CONSTITUTION:Opening of a bag 7 is jointed with opening part of interior face 9 of drawer. In the drawn drawer 2 is closed, gas existing a space surrounded by the interior face 9 of drawer and outer frame of storehouse of vegetables and fruits 1 is flowed into the bag 7 from opening part of interior face 9 of drawer and the bag 7 is inflated near vegetables and fruits 6 because degree of adhesion of the drawer 2 and the outer frame of storehouse of vegetables and fruits 1. Flow of gas at the time is expressed by arrow 10 in the figure. In drawing out the drawer 2, reverse gas flow is generated and the bag 7 is contracted. Therefore, take out or take in of vegetables and fruits are readily performed at the time. Thus, volume of inside of the storehouse of vegetables and fruits is contracted in sealed state, CA state is quickly generat ed by breathing of vegetables and fruits even in a case the gas in the storehouse is almost changed to air, then a case having effect increasing of storing ability of vegetables and fruits 6 is increased.</p> |
