PURPOSE: To obtain a helmet cap tightly engaging on a head of a wearer and applying an optimum pressure on the head by constituting a pad element with a temperature control device enclosed in at least one small liquid cell capable of varying inner pressure of the small liquid cell. CONSTITUTION: This pad element 6 is constituted with a deformable small liquid cell 7 and the liquid 11 is in a state of a saturated vapor in a usual used state of the pad element 6. The pad element 6 has a temperature control device 15 for varying inner pressure of the small liquid cell 7 and the inner pressure of the small liquid cell 7 is varied by applying an electric current to a thermoelectron constituting element 16 by a Peltier effect through a control box 30. |
