PURPOSE:To rapidly transfer data to a memory to be transferred by patterning binary data to be transferred. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with a bit value to be the contents of a data register 1 which is formed by an operation part 10, the contents of the 1st pattern register 11 in the case of bit '1' or the contents of the 2nd pattern register 12 in the case of bit '0' are selected by the 1st selecting circuit 13. Required operation through a latch circuit 2 storing data to be transferred is executed by a computing element 3. A bit effective for the writing of patterned data is formed from the operated result in accordance with a bit indicated by the contents of a mask register 4 and the contents of the data register 1 and the result of the computing element 3 is written in the transferred destination in accordance with the bit formation result. Consequently, binary transfer data can be patterned and rapidly transferred. |
