<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a thermal expansion generated in the latter process and a bending generated by a contraction by providing a membrane with an electric conductibility on one side of a plastic base furnishing a hard coat membrane, and providing a metal oxide membrane on the other side. CONSTITUTION:At first, a hard coat membrane is provided on both sides of a plastic base. Then, a membrane with an electric conductibility is provided on the hard coat membrane. After that, on a hardened membrane of the surface opposite to the surface of the conductive membrane, a metal oxide membrane is furnished. As the metal oxide membrane, SiO2, SiO, ZrO2, Al2O3, TiO, TiO2, Ti2O3, Y2O3, Yb2O3, MgO, Ta2O5, CeO2, or HfO2, for example, is used.</p> |
