<p>PURPOSE:To keep the satisfactory tracking control despite the different leaking pilot levels by calculating the difference and the sum of the crosstalk values of adjacent tracks and controlling the difference gain of the crosstalk value based on the sum of the crosstalk values. CONSTITUTION:At reproduction the crosstalk values of adjacent tracks are added together by an addition means 12 and the output of the means 12 is compared with a reference signal by a level comparator 15. When the output of a subtraction means 11 which calculated the difference of said crosstalk values is approximately equal or close to zero, the output gain of the means 11 is changed in accordance with the output of the means 15. This changed output of the means 11 is transmitted to a drive system for execution of the tracking control. Thus the stable tracing control is secured despite the different leaking pilot levels.</p> |
