PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a picture by outputting a control signal and thinning out the scanning lines of picture information when mark information is contained in information in which the picture information received from a facsimile terminal is decoded. CONSTITUTION:A communication control device 1 transfers image information from the facsimile terminal to a coder-decoder 2, and the decoded picture information is inputted to a mark recognizing circuit 3a and a scanning line deleting circuit 3b as original picture information. When the mark recognizing circuit 3a detects the mark in the image, a control signal 5 is outputted, and the scanning line deleting circuit 3b is energized. The scanning line deleting circuit 3b outputs the image in which the scanning lines are thinned out, and the image is stored file 6. When the control signal 5 is not inputted, the scanning line deleting circuit 3b outputs the original image as it is and stores it to the storage file 6. Thus, mark sheet information is compressed, and the size of the picture is reduced. |
