PURPOSE:To prevent the locking of a vehicle at working time and to secure the stability of stopping time by automatically executing the hydraulic lock of a ram cylinder functioning as the shock absorber of a vehicle at the time when a vehicle stops and a traveling pedal is not operated. CONSTITUTION:A pair of ram cylinders 101 expand according to the rocking of an axle, functioning as a shock absorber. The respective ram cylinders are changed over by an operation member 103 via a changeover means 102 between the work position subjected to hydraulic locking and the traveling position where the hydraulic lock is released. In said structure, whether a vehicle stops or not is detected by a means 104 and whether the traveling pedal of a vehicle is operated or not is detected by a means 105. At the time when the vehicle stops and yet the traveling pedal is not operated the change over means 102 is switched to a work position by a control means 106. Consequently each ram cylinder 101 is automatically subjected to hydraulic locking despite the operation of the operation member 103. |
