PURPOSE:To simplify system control as well as dubbing operations by providing a memory for common buffers and a common controller to a dubbing device which has a reproducer and a recording and reproducing machine. CONSTITUTION:A buffer memory 41 to be used commonly for conversion of processing rates by a reproducing device 21 and a disc recorder 30 is provided, and a controller 42 which controls the device 21, the recorder 30 and the memory 41 commonly is provided. The device 21 and the recorder 30 are put in the operation mode by operating the controller 42 to dub the recording information of a disc 20 through the memory 41 into the recorder 30 and to monitor 31 the information during the dubbing. Thus, the system control is simplified and the dubbing operations and editing operations are simplified. |
