<p>PURPOSE:To intuitively analyze an event group by representing an event by a rectangle, and making a side of it be the appearing time length of the event, and determining the length of the other side so that sequentiality can be represented favorably. CONSTITUTION:An event data inputting means 10 delivers inputted data, and an event designating means 20 delivers the identification symbol of an indication started event, and a reference time coordinate axis holding means 30 delivers a scale to convert a reference coordinate and the length of time into distances on coordinates respectively to a processor 40. The processor 40 generates pattern information to determine the rectangle whose one side is made to be the length equivalent to the appearing time of the event and in addition, whose other side is made to be the length equivalent to the number of paths to the event which can be arrived as considering this event to be a starting point and has no subsequent event, and positions the rectangle equivalent to this pattern information upon a two-dimensional display screen provided on a display means 50. Thus, the analog display of the event can be achieved instead of the digital indication of the appearing time which is the defect of an arrow diagram, and in addition, the sequentiality can be recognized intuitively.</p> |
