PURPOSE: To smoothen the changeover operation by installing a centralized control device of such a structure that the revolving speeds of a drive shaft and output shaft are entered from input lead wires, the position of an adjuster for oil pressure is entered from another lead wire, and that a control order is emitted through an output lead wire. CONSTITUTION: Through lead wires 200-700 and 900, a control device 8 is fed with the revolving speed of the output shaft 2 of an engine 1 sensed by a sensor 201, the oil pressure of a clutch 3 sensed by a pressure gauge 301, the revolving speed of the output shaft 4 of the clutch 3 sensed by a sensor 401, the changeover position of a transmission 5, the revolving speed of the output shaft 6, the position of a valve 7a of a servo adjusting device 7, and the adjusting position of a pressing piece 9. An order for adjustment is entered into a servo valve adjusting device 7b via a lead wire 800. This allows the clutch and transmission to be adjusted accurately in compliance with the current condition, and the whole changeover and clutching operations can be conducted smoothly.
