PURPOSE:To simplify quality of an automatic speed change gear by a method wherein the casing of a select position switch provided at its interior with an electronic control unit is mounted to an automatic speed change gear body. CONSTITUTION:A select position switch 12 is mounted to the side of an automatic speed change gear body 10. A drive arm 16 mounted to the outside of a casing 14 of the select position switch 12 is coupled to a rod 18 for drive. The rod 18 for drive is interlocked with a select lever, and is moved axially in linkage with select control. A drive arm 16 is coupled so that it is rotated integrally with a manual shaft. This constitution facilitates a maintenance and servicing work, shortens a wiring, and reduces a cost and improves resistance to electromagnetic noise. |
