PURPOSE:To realize smooth and certain conveyance by performing conveyance and turnabout of a tray by means of an engagement pin and guide rollers provided on said tray and also a guide passage provided on a conveyance device. CONSTITUTION:When a tray 22 moves in the A direction and arrives at a turnabout part 14, a conveyor engagement pin 23 and guide rollers 24, 25, 26, 27 are guided respectively by means of a passage 15a and passages 15d, 15e, 15b, 15c to move in the A direction while rotating counterclockwise round the engagement pin 23. When the tray 22 further advances in the A direction, guide rollers are separated from respective passages and upon their arrival at D position, a 90 deg. turnabout of the tray 22 is completed. |
