<p>PURPOSE:To safely perform gas treatment work by extending gas piping from the upper part of a tank to provide a gas adsorbing device to the piping and providing a fluid pressure means for discharging gas to the body or tank. CONSTITUTION:The gas allowed to fill the tank 1 mounted on the body 2 is taken out by a suction fan 10 through gas piping 8 to be sent to a gas adsorbing device 9 and harmful hydrocarbon is removed by activated carbon. At this time, a bottom valve 5 is opened along with valves 18, 19 and a fan 17 is operated to introduce the open air into the tank and harmful hydrocarbon is substituted with the open air. Since the removal of harmful gas is already finished at the time of unloading by this method, a loading time is shortened.</p> |
