PURPOSE:To allow a failure memory device to be mounted on another apparatus for using it repeatedly by providing a non-volatile memory that stores the contents of failures of an apparatus, an erasing device that erases the memory stored, and an attaching and detaching device that allows the failure memory device to be attached and detached. CONSTITUTION:When detecting a failure of an apparatus, a failure detecting device 2 transmits a signal corresponding to the contents of the failure to a combustion controller 1, and the contents of the failure is written to a non-volatile memory 3 by a writing device 1a. When a switch 9 is pressed to display the contents of the failure written, the combustion controller reads the contents of the failure from the non-voltaile memory by a reading device, and transmits the contents of failure to a failure content annunciator to display the contents of the failure. When a switch 5 is pressed, an erasing device 4 erases all the contents of failures stored in the non- volatile memory. A connector is a device that allows the failure memory device to be freely attached and detached to and from an apparatus. Thereby, even if reset of power source occurs, the contents of failures can be retained. And as the memory can be erased if unnecessary, the device is dismounted and mounted on another apparatus to use it repeatedly. |
