PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a bearing with oil efficiently cooled by circulating adjacent to an oil tank side wall the lubricating oil heated contributing to lubricating action. CONSTITUTION:An oil guide 12a is almost horizontally provided in a bottom part of a bearing 2 and a viscous pump 11, further an oil guide 12b is fixed to be set up in a vertical direction with a predetermined space adjacent to a side wall 4a of a bearing box 4. Further the oil guide 12b extends its bottom end part downward to be provided in a position approaching a bottom part of the bearing box 4. The side wall 4a fixes to its external surface a heat radiating fin 15 to be closely mounted through an adhesive agent or the like.
