PURPOSE:To obtain a metallic-tone film for outer packaging which is excellent in adhesion and can be stuck on a curved surface, by a method wherein a metal layer of thickness 50 to 2,000Angstrom is laminated on a surface resin layer formed of polyvinyl chloride resin with an intermediate layer formed of polyurethane resin interposed between. CONSTITUTION:Polyvinyl chloride resin having a thickness of 20 to 200mum, total light beam transmittance of 30% or above and a tensile strength of 2.0kg/cm or below at the time of 5% orientation is used for a surface resin layer. On said surface resin layer, a metal layer or thickness 50 to 2,000Angstrom is laminated and bonded with interposition of an intermediate layer formed of polyurethane resin having a thickness of 0.5 to 50mum and total light beam transmittance of 30% or above. As for the vinyl chloride resin, a liquid polyester plasticizer of 1 to 20wt.pts. and ethylene/vinyl ester resin are compounded and made to be semihard. Thereby flexibility for a curved surface enabling the sticking on the curved surface can be given to a film. |
